Jeff is the creator, writer and artist of the 224-page original graphic novel, “One Live Beast” published by Arzynart Multimedia. Published in the Spring of 2008, this is the first graphic novel of a trilogy of sci-fi graphic novels set in a post-apocalyptic near future where terrorist attacks and other disasters have destroyed vast parts of the U.S.
The second volume of “One Live Beast” is due for publication in 2012.
Jeff began his career as a background artist and as an inker for Marvel and DC Comics. Jeff’s first work in the industry was as an art assistant to Chris Wozniak on the Giffen /DeMatteis “Breakdowns” storyline running through Justice League America and Justice League Europe in 1991. In 1993, Jeff worked with Wozniak on Marvel Comics’ Spider-Man 2099 running as the lead feature in “2099 Unlimited”. Jeff again worked Wozniak on two issues of DC Comics’ Gunfire in 1995.
Jeff has assisted many artists including Barry Blair, and his current study-mate, Chris Wozniak as well as working with writer Peter Stone. One of his first credited jobs was as the inker for the 1994 Star Trek Special published by DC Comics.
Jeff recently has written and drawn a story for Asylum Press’ Zombie Terrors volume One.
